After topping out last June, the 20-story condo building in Murray Hill, The Lindley, is now revealing one of its model units, giving a true look at what the 74-unit building offers.

The CBSK Ironstate-developed building was designed by Rawlings Architects, the firm behind the SIXTY LES Hotel, who worked on both the interiors and exterior of the building. Sales on the building’s 74 condos launched last summer with prices ranging between $935,000 and $2.9 million. Apartments range in size from a 510-square-foot studio to a 1,457-square-foot three-bedroom and according to a press email, the building has already sold more than 70 percent of those units and closings are set to begin.

The model unit is a one-bedroom that CBSK Ironstate and Design Within Reach collaborated on to design. The 14th-floor abode spans 737 square feet and “marries neutral colors with a warm finish selection.” The sleek space includes oak wood flooring, oversized casement windows that give view to the city’s skyline, an open kitchen with built-in Sub Zero and Wolfe appliances including a wine fridge, a marble-clad bathroom with custom cabinets, and plenty of natural light throughout.

Design Within Reach also collaborated with architects to furnish the communal space and building amenities are set to include a fitness center, resident’s lounge, and a rooftop garden with grilling areas.
