What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op in Lincoln Square

Square Footage: N/A

Maintenance/Common Charges: $1,137

Located within a co-op building near Lincoln Square is this spacious one-bedroom with a simple design and lots of natural light. Its been given a modest revamp and offers hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings, and oversized windows.

The kitchen is small and its cabinets are a bit dated, however, it does offer new stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage space. The living room is large enough to allow for room to carve out a small dining area. The bedroom is bright yet simple, and there are four closets throughout the apartment.

The Columbus Circle train station where you can catch one of several subway lines is less than a five-minute walk away.
