This week’s Pricespotter apartment—a spacious, light-filled one-bedroom near Lincoln Square—is asking $799,000. This week, REobsessed and Jenny Xie (a news editor with Curbed, who participates in Pricespotter each week but isn’t affiliated with it) were the two that managed to guess the correct asking price, though there were many other guesses that came close.
Opinions for this space were mixed and varied from one person to the next. “The modern revamps are nice touches. Interesting layout. It feels like it’s lacking a little character. Some decorative changes could add some vibrancy to the overall look and feel,” said jenniferegbert. While some thought the space and it’s layout could be ideal, with a few minor upgrades, others, like Adrastos C, weren’t too keen on it.
The apartment is located within a building on West 58th Street, near Ninth Avenue. Columbus Circle is practically a stone’s throw away, meaning you have plenty of transportation, shopping, and activity at your doorstep.
Now that we’ve revealed the price, do you think it’s worth it? Here’s another look at the space:
