As construction nears the finish line at Zaha Hadid’s High Line-hugging condo, 520 West 28th Street, developer Related Companies has unveiled a new model home at the 11-story building. This one was designed by Eric Cohler, features three bedrooms, and measures 3,000 square feet.

This is now the third model home Related Companies has unveiled at the Pritzker Prize-winning architect’s Chelsea building. In April, we got a look at a four-bedroom condo designed by Jennifer Post, and a two-bedroom home with interiors by West Chin.

At the newest model residence, Cohler has designed a curvy sofa that stretches the length of the 12-foot long wall in the living room, and can seat up to 10 people. The master bedroom here was designed with soft colors, is influenced by Japanese wabi-sabi aesthetics, and has access to outdoor space with views of the High Line and the NYC skyline.

The kids room here meanwhile comes with shades of yellow, green and blue, and adds more pops of color to the overall apartment.

The first set of residents moved into 520 West 28th Street late last summer, but the condo hasn’t yet fully wrapped construction. The development team declined to provide a sales update on the building, but on StreetEasy, five units are currently available with prices ranging from $5 million to $13.5 million. In all, the condo building features 39 apartments.
