A massive penthouse at Greenwich Lane—the huge, multi-building development rising on the former site of St. Vincent’s Hospital—has made its way to the market with a $25 million asking price. This particular penthouse is the largest one at the development and per the listing description, features interiors by Studio Shamshiri.

Brokerbabble says that penthouse 6B is “among the largest and best in the entire building,” and measuring a sprawling 5,307 square feet, that description sounds about right. Featuring an open-concept floorplan, high ceilings, oversized windows with stunning views, and even a private parking spot are just a few of the highlights that come with owning this home. The chef’s kitchen features yellow cabinetry, stainless steel appliances (including two dishwashers), hand-painted tiles, a large island with a butcher block countertop, and a walk-through pantry made of custom millwork.

In the master suite, there are two walk-in closets, built-in shelving, a spacious sitting area, and a bathroom that has been giving a custom millwork vanity, marble countertops, mosaic marble floors, and a soaking tub. Each of the other four bedrooms are also en-suite, while a powder room is situated near the apartment’s gallery.
