What/Where: 1BR, 1BA condo in the East Village

Square Footage: 700 square feet

Maintenance/Common Charges: $451

This East Village condo has a couple of nice things going for it: It’s located within a prewar building, measures 700 square feet, it’s been recently renovated, and offers lots of natural light. It’s also in a convenient location with a subway stop just a block and a half away, and another one where you can pick up the N/R/W lines about a five-minute walk away.

The open-concept apartment features a spacious living/dining room, a modern kitchen with oak cabinetry and a breakfast bar; shiny hardwood floors, oversized picture frame windows, and recessed lighting. The queen-sized bedroom has a walk-in closet and a balcony, while the marble-tiled bathroom includes a washer/dryer.

As for the building, it is pet-friendly, just four stories tall (though it does have an elevator), and offers video intercoms.

So, how much do you think this place is asking?
