Anthony Bourdain’s Carnegie Hill Tower apartment on East 94th Street has just made its way to the market for $3.7 million, reports the Wall Street Journal. The late chef and television personality purchased the apartment with his wife Ottavia Busia for $3.35 million in January 2014. Bourdain and Busia were estranged at the time of his death.

The apartment measures about 2,250 square feet and is configured as a five-bedroom with bamboo wood floors, an open kitchen with custom cabinets and a double oven; oversized windows that give view to a tree-lined courtyard, Italian marble bathrooms (one has an imported Japanese tub), and a washer/dryer.

Before his untimely death in June, Bourdain was reportedly occupying a luxury rental on the 64th floor of the Time Warner Center. That unit was a two-bedroom, two-bathroom and is currently on the market for $14,200/month.

Bourdain’s Upper East Side apartment is being listed by Stribling and will be handled by Elizabeth Fishman.
