What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op on the Upper West Side

Square Footage: N/A

Maintenance/Common Charges: $1,407

For this week’s Pricespotter, we have this spacious co-op on the Upper West Side that has received a gut renovation to add in contemporary conveniences while preserving its prewar charm.

There’s an open concept floorplan in place that includes a sizable living room with beamed ceilings, a wall of windows, and an open kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances that include a Bosch dishwasher and a wine cooler. The bedroom has been given two large closets with built-ins and the apartment includes a washer/dryer for added convenience.

The boutique co-op building offers amenities like a virtual doorman, bike storage, children’s playroom, laundry room, and a roof deck. The nearest subway station is the 1 line’s 79th Street station, though 72nd Street-Broadway stop, where you can catch the 1/2/3 lines, aren’t too far away either.

That said, how much do you think this place is asking? Leave your guess in the comments below.
