Prolific Brooklyn developer Adam America (in partnership with CGI Strategies) has unveiled its latest residential endeavor—an 11-story condo that will rise a short distance away from the Green-Wood Cemetery. On Tuesday, the developer revealed a teaser site for the project along with the first two renderings for the condo.

The building was designed by Isaac & Stern Architects and will feature an Arctic gray brick facade. Arbor Eighteen, as this building will be known, will feature a total of 73 apartments that come in a mix of studios through three-bedrooms. Of the total units, 29 will have private outdoor space.

Apartments here will have interiors by Paris Forino. Details of these interiors include ceilings heights that range from nine feet to nearly 11 feet, white oak flooring, white honed quartzite countertops, energy efficient Bosch appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, and marble mosaic flooring in the bathroom.

Amenities at the condo will include a fitness center with a yoga room, a meditation room, and a infrared sauna; a library with a fireplace; a private lounge with a billiards table; a movie screening area; a private dining room with a kitchenette; a pet spa; a children’s playroom; and on-site parking, among other features.

Sales and marketing is being handled by Halstead Property Development Marketing’s The Aguayo Team, and is expected to launch sometime in November. Construction on the condo is expected to wrap sometime in the fall of 2019.
