Check out studios, duplexes, and authentic lofts

Welcome to the weekly Open House Tour, because who doesn’t love a little real estate gawking? This time around, we’re looking at what’s on the market in Soho.

The listing for this studio co-op along Thompson Street doesn’t provide the square footage of this apartment, but one look at the floorplan is all you need to let you know that it is tiny. Nevertheless, if you really want to live in Soho without dropping seven figures and don’t mind living in a micro-apartment, then it’s worth considering. Notable highlights here include white-painted exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, and a full bathroom. Asking price is $425,000 and monthly maintenance is $578.

When: Sunday, January 20 (2:15 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.)

There’s another studio, this one a little more spacious and a lot more expensive. Located along Sixth Avenue, near MacDougal Street, is this 550-square-foot co-op that features arched doorways, high ceilings, wood floors, a full kitchen, and a room that can be used as either a walk-in closet or office space. Asking price is $625,000 and maintenance will run you $936/month. [Floorplan]

When: Sunday, January 20 (2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.)

For $999,000, there is this one-bedroom at 11 Charlton Street, complete with an open-concept layout, a large living room with exposed brick walls, a sleek kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a sizable bedroom with large windows. The real highlights here are the solarium, along with the private backyard that comes with its very own small pond. Monthly maintenance is a bit steep at $1,881. [Floorplan]

When: Sunday, January 20 (12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.)

A 943-square-foot duplex with one bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms can be yours, provided you’re willing to spend $1.15 million. A spiral staircase connects the two floors and the top level gives way to the kitchen, living room, dining area, and full bathroom, while the lower level is home to the bedroom. Other noteworthy finishes include the 14-foot ceilings, the oversized arched windows with shutters and the bedroom’s walk-in closet. Maintenance is set at $1,006/month. [Floorplan]

When: Sunday, January 20 (12 p.m. to 2 p.m.)

And if you’re in position to drop $5.5 million on an “authentic Soho loft,” consider this glorious 3,000-square-foot space. The three-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom co-op features a private keyed elevator, 13-foot-high exposed beam ceiling, windows that are eight feet tall, cast iron columns, exposed brick, and a plethora of custom finishes. Maintenance charges are $3,250/month. [Floorplan]
