What/Where: 2BR, 1BA co-op in the Easy Village

Square Footage: N/A

Maintenance/Common Charges: $1,229

The living area of this East Village co-op may be petite, but the fourth floor walk-up gets lots of sun through its six street-facing windows that creates an airy feeling throughout the space.

The kitchen has been updated with an open concept layout that includes a spacious counter with two stools that acts as the apartment’s dining area. The kitchen is also where the apartment’s washer and dryer live.

There’s not much storage here, but there are a few unusual quirks in the layout that are being marketed as selling points: The apartment features a 21-foot entry hallway, and one of its two bedrooms has a narrow offshoot that’s being labeled a dressing room. On the topic of those two bedrooms, they’re both decently spacious and each comes with a closet.

The apartment is nearby to hotspots like Momofuku Noodle and Ssam bars and other neighborhood attractions like Veselka and Village East Cinema, as well as the First Avenue L-train stop. Monthly maintenance here runs $1,229. All that in mind, how much do you think this place is asking? Leave your guess in the comments and we’ll reveal its asking price tomorrow.
