Can you guess the asking price?

What/Where: Soho studio with one bathroom

Square Footage: N/A

Maintenance/Common Charges: $805

This studio apartment isn’t exactly huge, but it does have some nice things going for it. The apartment is quite long, meaning you could (in theory) have separate areas for living and sleeping. The kitchen is not a bad size for a studio apartment, and has plenty of storage along with a tiny dishwasher. The windows aren’t big, but the ceilings are high, helping the place feel bigger than it actually is.

Location-wise, it’s situated right on the border of Greenwich Village and Soho, but since it’s just below Houston Street that tips it into the latter. It’s a short walk from the building to a couple of local subway lines, and the building itself has a communal garden and bike storage.

Knowing all of that, how much do you think the place is asking? Put your best guess in the comments.
