Welcome back to The Six-Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

In Bed-Stuy, a gorgeous condo inside a 19th century limestone townhouse has just hit the market, asking $925,000.

The 1,200-square-foot apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a large living area, a porch, and a charming private garden in the backyard. Some of its interior details include 11-foot ceilings, oak floors, several closets, and large windows. It comes with a dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer.

The apartment’s owner—who listed the property—revamped and decorated the unit within the past year. That renovation included a kitchen overhaul and adding “modern lighting,” the listing says.

It’s located at 88 Quincy Street, between Classon and Franklin avenues, near the G train at Classon Avenue and a walkable distance to Herbert Von King Park. Common charges are $339/month.
