What/Where: 2BR, 2BA co-op in the East Village

Square Footage: n/a

Maintenance/Common Charges: $1,998

There’s plenty of space in this East Village duplex apartment—it has two nicely sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room/dining area, a den, and lots of closet space. The kitchen isn’t huge, but was recently renovated; the bathrooms are also in good shape, with one en-suite to the master bedroom on the lower level.

In terms of location, this is in prime East Village: It’s a short walk from a couple of subway stops, and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and even a movie theater close by. The building itself is a co-op—peep those maintenance charges—and it comes with a private courtyard, a live-in super, and a bike room.
