What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op in the Chelsea

Square Footage: N/A

Maintenance/Common Charges: $891

The focal point of this Chelsea co-op is its fireplace, which doesn’t actually work, but looks lovely all the same. But there are other nice elements to the apartment: It has large windows that let in plenty of light, a renovated kitchen with a new fridge and a dishwasher, a “spa-like” bathroom (also recently renovated), and a good amount of closet space. The building itself is a walk-up, but it has a laundry room and concierge service.

Location-wise, the apartment is in the heart of Chelsea. It’s close to a subway stop, as well as bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. Knowing all of that, how much do you think it’s asking? Put your best guess in the comments.
