What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op in the West Village

Square Footage: N/A

Maintenance/Common Charges: $665

It’s been a while, but we’re back with a new edition of Pricespotter—and today, we’re looking at a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in the West Village, which has gotten quite a charming renovation.

Much of what’s in the apartment now is new: New white oak flooring, new kitchen appliances (including a wine fridge and Bertazzoni range), new paint job, and new walk-in shower stall. Though it’s not exactly huge, the apartment is well laid-out and has plenty of closet space; according to the listing, it also has southern exposures.

Neighborhood-wise, it’s right in the thick of the West Village, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and nightlife nearby. The Christopher Street 1 stop is a short walk from the apartment.

Knowing all that, how much do you think this place is asking? Put your best guess in the comments.
