What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op on the Lower East Side

Square Footage: N/A

Maintenance/Common Charges: $575

Here we have a one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op on the Lower East Side that’s bright and relatively spacious, with a bedroom that can accommodate a queen-sized bed, and a living room with even more space. (The current occupants seem to have a large card catalog; how you’d lay out the space is up to you.)

There’s also a good amount of extra space—a large foyer upon entry, and a kitchen that the floorplan says is big enough to be an eat-in, but would probably function better without the extra furniture. It also has new appliances, including a dishwasher. (The bathroom, not pictured, “retains its old-world charm,” according to the listing—take that as you will.)

The building itself has its own courtyard, as well as a laundry room, fitness center, bike storage, and 24-hour security. Location-wise, it’s close to the easternmost edge of the Lower East Side. East River Park is a short walk away, but transit options are a little more of a hike, with the East Broadway stop on the F line a 10-minute walk from the place.

Knowing all that, how much do you think it’s asking? Put your best guess in the comments.
