What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op in Sutton Place

Square Footage: 785 square feet

Maintenance/Common Charges: $1,559

This one-bedroom co-op, located close to the Sutton Place enclave in Manhattan, has tons of charming details, including a fireplace—decorative, but still—with built-in bookshelves on either side. Both the living room and bedroom are rather spacious, and there’s also a good amount of storage space—closets in the common areas, as well as a walk-in in the bedroom.

The kitchen isn’t huge, but it has a dishwasher; the bathroom is also a decent size, but it’s located within the bedroom, which could prove annoying if you have company over. The building itself is located close to the Queensboro Bridge (although far enough away that you’re unlikely to have noise issues), and is about a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway stop.

So knowing all that, how much do you think the place is asking? Put your best guess in the comments.
