What/Where: 1BR, 1BA condo in the East Village

Square Footage: N/A

Maintenance/Common Charges: $1,195

Let’s start with the good things about this East Village condo: It’s a decent size, with a spacious living room and bedroom, a large entry foyer that leads into the kitchen, and three closets.

It’s a south-facing unit, so you’ll get plenty of sunlight, and the apartment overlooks the serene New York City Marble Cemetery. (That’s also a clue as to the location.) It’s in a walk-up building, but located on the second floor; plus, the building has perks like a shared garden and bike storage.

As for drawbacks, the kitchen isn’t exactly huge (though it does have a dishwasher), and, well, that might be it. It’s a pretty lovely place. With all that in mind, how much do you think it’s asking? Put your best guess in the comments.
