An elegant duplex penthouse at 25 Park Row in the Financial District has just listed for $25 million. That tower, designed by COOKFOX, sits among landmark buildings with stunning views to the Woolworth building, One World Trade Center, and City Hall Park.

The 5,956-square-foot property has five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, a library, a fireplace, multiple terraces, and a double-height living room with an uninterrupted wall of windows.

The unit’s interiors include wide plank herringbone Italian flooring, a grand staircase that connects the two floors, and Calacatta Gold marble in the kitchen’s countertops.

As far as the building’s amenities, there are a ton, and they were designed by Studio Mellone. One big perk is the Park Row Club, inspired by Gilded Age ocean liners, which has a golf simulator, a pool, a playroom, garden and dining terrace, billiards room, and a yoga and meditation studio.

As we previously reported, the tower—which replaced longtime FiDi icon J&R Music World— was created as a modern interpretation of surrounding buildings. It’s being developed by the family behind J&R and L+M Development Partners.

The building is located on 25 Park Row, between Beekman Street and Ann Street. Corcoran Sunshine has the listing.
