What/Where: 2BR, 1BA co-op in Park Slope

Square Footage: N/A

Maintenance: $800/month

Unsurprisingly, this two-bedroom in a Park Slope townhouse is brimming with lovely decorative details, many of which are original to the building’s early 20th-century origins. There’s plenty of original millwork, stained glass, and moldings, and even some built-ins—specifically, a credenza and mirror in the living room—that lend plenty of vintage charm.

The unit is railroad-style, and is currently configured as a two-bedroom with a small office. The master bedroom faces the front of the building, while an eat-in kitchen is at the back; the bedroom has the southern views, and thus plenty of sunlight. The unit also has plenty of closet space.

Location-wise, it’s about two blocks from Prospect Park, and within a highly desired school district. The closest subway lines are about seven blocks away in either direction. Knowing this, how much do you think the place is asking?
