There were some close guesses for this week’s Pricespotter apartment, a Park Slope two-bedroom with some lovely period guesses, but no one hit the nail on the head. So we’ll single out the two commenters who were almost there: According to The Price Is Right rules, the closest guess without going over was Trustafarian, with $925,000; the closest who did go over was louisamae, with $950,000.

The actual retail price of this apartment: $949,000, with monthly maintenance of $800. It’s located at 509 2nd Street in Park Slope, close to Seventh Avenue and almost directly across the street from the ever-desirable P.S. 321.

The apartment is a railroad-style unit that was carved out of a townhouse, so the layout may not be ideal for some; other commenters, though, called out the apartment’s charming vintage details, including built-in shelves.
