What/Where: 2BR, 1BA co-op in Brooklyn Heights
Square Footage: approximately 900 square feet
Maintenance/Common Charges: $1,410
There’s a lot to like about this Brooklyn Heights co-op: It has two bedrooms (one of which is on the smaller side), a renovated kitchen, big windows, and south-facing views. At 900 square feet, it feels pretty spacious—there’s enough space for a small dining nook—and there are nifty built-in bookshelves, too.
It’s also situated on what is arguably one of the neighborhood’s best blocks, with direct access to the Brooklyn Heights Promenade; it’s also a quick walk from there to Brooklyn Bridge Park, as well as all of the amenities in Downtown Brooklyn. The building itself has a doorman, roof deck, bike storage, and other perks.
So: how much do you think this apartment is asking? Put your best guess in the comments.
