Just five months after listing the property, Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez have found a buyer for their $17.5 million condo at 432 Park Avenue, the New York Post first reported.

432 Park Avenue, built in 2015 and part of the supertall skyscraper boom, is the current tallest residential building in New York City.

The couple listed the 4,003-square-foot Midtown condo with Modlin Group in January, less than a year after buying it. A source told Page Six at the time that “they need something bigger for the family” and that “they love the building, but when their [four] kids are all together, it’s too small.” Lopez and Rodriguez bought the property for $15.31 million in 2018.

Located on the 36th floor of the famed Rafael Viñoly building, the condo has three bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and a library. Interior details include oak floors, 12.6-foot ceilings, large windows, and views of Central Park.

The Post also reported that last week, Rodriguez toured a $42.5 million Soho Puck Building penthouse with five bedrooms and that “he loved it.”
