What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op in Park Slope

Square Footage: N/A

Maintenance/Common Charges: $712

In this week’s Pricespotter, we’re looking at a cute one-bedroom in Park Slope that comes with its own sweet little roof deck—a coveted amenity, particularly in the summertime.

The apartment has a spacious living room with enough room for a couch, plenty of shelving, and a small dining room table; it leads into the kitchen, which has new appliances and cool cabinets. There’s also a washer/dryer and a large closet right past the front door.

On the downside, the bedroom is not huge—just under eight feet by 11 feet—but it does come with its own large closet. The roof deck is actually bigger than the bedroom, but if you prize outdoor space over a place to sleep, it might work in your favor.

The apartment is located in the northern end of Park Slope, close to the Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center subway hub, but on a side street where you might not notice the foot traffic in the neighborhood. Knowing all that, how much do you think it’s asking?
