Big reveal: $719K for a cute Park Slope co-op with roof deck

Nobody guessed the exact asking price for this week’s Pricespotter apartment, a cute Park Slope one-bedroom with a roof deck, but there were some close calls. Views4Days was the closest without going over, with $705,000, while Someone98 was closest overall at $720,000.

So how much is this apartment listed for? The actual retail price is $719,000, with monthly maintenance fees of $712.10. It’s located at 376 Bergen Street between Fourth and Fifth Avenues, putting it within walking distance of plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, and other things to do. (The Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center transit hub is close by, too.)

The apartment itself is small, but commenters were generally positive about its layout and various charms—even if they didn’t enjoy the kitchen design as much as we did. The best part, of course, is the sweet roof deck, which comes with views of Brooklyn and beyond.
