A Williamsburg townhouse that the listing describes as “a home like no other”—mostly because of its stunning private pool—has just listed, asking $3.65 million.

The 3,822-square-foot house has three stories, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a garden, and of course, a large pool—something we’d definitely dream about on these disgusting summer days. The pool has a protective covering, a water level detector, a heater that goes up to 104 degrees, lighting that allows for change of colors, and a robot vacuum that makes it “very low maintenance,” per the brokerbabble.

The house’s third floor has its own bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen, and could be used an income-generating unit. Some interior details include new hardwood floors, closets made by California Closets, and automatic blinds in its bedrooms.

Several parts of the house were recently redesigned, including its exterior, its front and rear garden, basement, and decking. “There may never be another like it,” the listing reads.

The property is located at 35 Devoe Street, between Lorimer Street and Union Avenue, a block away from the G train Metropolitan Avenue station and the L’s Lorimer Street stop. Taxes will be $402/month. Jessica Peters, Daniel Fried, and Fredrik Eklund of Douglas Elliman have the listing.
