Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

It’s not often that houses make it into the Six-Digit Club, but this three-story Flatbush home has plenty of charm and the right price point; it’s asking $995,000.

Built in 1915, the house has five bedrooms throughout its nearly 2,500 square feet. On the first floor, there’s a living room and dining room, both of which are full of original vintage details—stained glass windows, fireplaces, and decorative moldings. The kitchen was recently renovated, with stainless steel appliances and trendy apron sink.

The five bedrooms are spread out over two floors, with three on the second floor (along with an office), and two more tucked into an attic space. Though there are just two bathrooms, they’ve also benefited from a recent renovation, although one has a charming claw-foot tub.

There’s also a large basement, and a huge back patio that could be transformed into a truly cool space. The home, the listing notes, also has “approximately 5000 square feet of unused FAR.” It’s located off the Newkirk Avenue 2/5 subway stop, a couple of miles from Prospect Park.

This charming house at 564 East 32nd Street is listed with Compass’s Wilson Zorrilla for $995,000.
