A new 26-story tower in Prospect Lefferts Gardens offering 467 rental residences has unveiled its interiors.

PLG at 123 Linden Boulevard—developed by the Moinian Group and Bushburg Properties—has risen 229 feet and offers views of Downtown Brooklyn, Manhattan, and the Verrazano Bridge.

Leasing for the tower, which MNS will handle, will launch this summer, featuring studios starting at $2,300/month; one-bedrooms at $2,475/month; two-bedrooms at $3,600/month; and three-bedrooms starting at $4,500/month. Some 30 percent of the 467 units will be below-market-rate housing.

Designed by Hill West Architects and Whitehall Interiors, the development will offer 50,000 square feet of amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, a residential lounge, indoor and outdoor fitness center, sauna and steam room, a rooftop pool, a dog run, game room, co-working lounge, and a golf simulator. The building will also have 39,000 square feet of commercial space on its lower levels.

The development topped out in April and is expected to reach completion later this year. The building is located between Bedford and Rogers avenues, near Prospect Park and the 2 and 5 trains at the Church Avenue subway station.
