The apartment is technically a one-bedroom duplex, with the lower level (which doesn’t have a legal bedroom) given over to storage space and, under the current owners, a woodworking studio. The upper level is for the actual living space; there’s a large bedroom, a den, living room/dining room, and a separate kitchen.
