Big reveal: $699K for Brooklyn Heights co-op with sleeping loft

The very last guess for this week’s Pricespotter apartment, a co-op in Brooklyn Heights, was the right one: coleco correctly surmised that the one-bedroom unit is asking $699,000.

The apartment, located at 150 Joralemon Street, is a one-bedroom with a small sleeping loft that appears to be large enough to fit a twin bed or an office setup. There are two closets in the apartment (including one in the loft), as well as one bathroom, a living room with a wall of windows, and a kitchen that’s partially separated from the rest of the space.

Location-wise, it’s on Joralemon Street on the corner of Clinton Street, close enough to main drags like Court and Montague streets that it’s convenient, but removed enough from those areas so that it’s peaceful and quiet. Brooklyn Bridge Park is just a few blocks away, as is the subway hub at Borough Hall.

The apartment is listed with Michael Tannen and Talia Megan of Corcoran for $699,000, with maintenance and common charges coming in at $1,325/month. Let’s look at the floorplan one more time:
