Welcome to Curbed NY’s Open House Tour, because who doesn’t love a little real estate gawking? This time around, we’re looking at what’s on the market in Long Island City.

This one-bedroom condo on Jackson Avenue, located mere steps from the 7 train at Vernon Boulevard, is holding an open house this weekend. It has a living room area, two closets, hardwood floors, and a mosaic wall in its bathroom. It comes with an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. The building has a gym and a common roof deck. It’s asking $699,000, with taxes coming in at $21/month and maintenance charges $498/month.

It has two bathrooms, a large living room area with floor-to-ceiling windows, a walk-in closet in its master bedroom, built-in bookshelves, and in-unit washer/dryer. The condo is pet-friendly and has a gym. It’s asking $1.848 million, with taxes coming in at $15/month and common charges $1,073/month.

It’s asking $630,000. Taxes are $387/month and common charges $313/month.

Also opening its doors this weekend is this two-bedroom condop located on 48th Avenue. The 1,041-square-foot apartment has two bathrooms, a walk-in closet in its master bedroom, a dishwasher, and a private balcony. The building accepts both cats and dogs and has tennis courts, a gym, a bike room, and a common laundry room. It’s going for $805,000, with maintenance charges coming in at $3,136/month.

And, finally, this 1,498-square-foot, three-bedroom condo located on Jackson Avenue, across from MoMA PS1, is also holding an open house. It has a large living area, a walk-in closet in its master bedroom, two and a half bathrooms, in-unit washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. The building has a gym, a pet spa, children’s playroom, party room, and a common rooftop. It’s asking $1.695 million, with taxes mounting to $1,494/month and common charges $1,540/month.
