What/Where: 2BR, 1BA co-op in Park Slope

Square Footage: N/A

Maintenance/Common Charges: $895

This Park Slope co-op has a layout that’s fairly common for apartments in the neighborhood: It’s a railroad, with the living room at one end of the unit and the two bedrooms (both of which have just one small window) toward the back. Still, it has its charms: The living room has a bay window and exposed brick, and the kitchen has plenty of storage space.

The apartment is located in prime Park Slope, close to some of the neighborhoods best-known amenities (the Food Co-op, for one), and within walking distance of several subway lines and Prospect Park. Knowing all that, how much do you think it’s asking?
