Can you guess the asking price of this Flatiron District apartment?

Pricespotter is Curbed’s pricing guessing game. How much do you think this place is asking? Drop your guess in the comments, and remember, no cheating!

What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op in Flatiron

Square Footage: N/A

Maintenance/Common Charges: $1,990.87

We’ve got an unusual one for today’s Pricespotter: This apartment, located in a landmarked building in the Flatiron District, is quite spacious, with a huge living area (with 12-foot ceilings), a renovated kitchen with new appliances, a good amount of storage space, and a swanky bathroom with a large shower. There are large windows that let in plenty of light, and two nooks that can be used as office space.

But it does have its quirks, namely that it’s essentially a large, open loft with a sleeping area on an elevated platform. Stairs lead to the the bedroom area, which has four-foot ceilings—not especially high—and is situated over the apartment’s entry and bathroom.

But it is in a central location, just a few blocks from Union Square. So knowing all that, how much do you think the apartment is asking?
