What/Where: 2BR, 2BA condo in Bed-Stuy

Square Footage: N/A

Maintenance/Common Charges: $788

This two-bedroom condo near Bed-Stuy’s border with Clinton Hill is in a 2002-built building that comes with a few nice perks. Namely, direct elevator access into the third-floor apartment and central air. The condo also still has a tax abatement, good through 2030, that brings taxes down to just $2 every month.

Photos show that the condo also has the oh-so-desirable open plan layout, with a kitchen decked out in wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and an island. The living area features an exposed brick wall, and lets out onto a small but present nonetheless west-facing balcony.

The condo’s larger bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a petite walk-in closet, while the second bedroom is right next to the condo’s second full bathroom. An in-unit laundry set-up and coat closet finish the space out.

With all that in mind, how much do you think the condo is asking? Leave your guess in the comments, and we’ll reveal the asking price tomorrow.
