Did you guess the correct asking price?

For this week’s Pricespotter, one commenter got the exact price for this cute two-bedroom Bed-Stuy apartment: Curbed’s own Jenny Xie. (For the concerned commenters, Xie is the editor of Curbed.com and isn’t in the loop on Curbed NY’s column Pricespotter column; She’s just got a keen eye for New York real estate.)

The condo is asking $825,000. Other users who got very close include NYCsince1983, local_organic, and omarrr.

As we mentioned before, the condo has direct elevator access into the apartment, an open plan layout, two bathrooms, a large living room, and a small balcony. There’s an in-unit washer/dryer and a walk-in closet in one of its bedrooms. Some nice interior details include exposed brick and oak cabinetry.

The tax bill comes in at just $2/month thanks to a tax abatement (one of the apartment’s main perks), while common charges mount to $788/month. It’s located at 191 Spencer Street, between Willoughby and Dekalb avenues, near the G train at Myrtle-Willoughby.

Linda Peng and Dwayne Powell of the Corcoran Group have the listing.

Let’s look at the floorplan one more time:
