Welcome to Curbed NY’s Open House Tour, because who doesn’t love a little real estate gawking? This time around, we’re looking at what’s on the market in Astoria.

This cute two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on 21st Street is opening its doors this weekend. The 960-square-foot unit has a lot of things going for it: It has its own balcony, a large living room area, four closets, a dishwasher, and an in-unit washer/dryer. The building has a gym, a bike room, and accepts pets. The asking price is $899,000, with taxes coming in at $12/month and common charges at $644/month.

You could also check out this one-bedroom condo on 37th Street, which has one bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a living room area. Per the listing, it also has 650 square feet of exclusive outdoor space. The building allows pets and has a common laundry room. It’s asking $595,000, with taxes coming in at $94/month and common charges $426/month.

One of its main perks is that it comes with its own balcony. It’s asking $650,000, with taxes at $30/month and common charges at $373/month.
