What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op in Greenwich Village

Square Footage: N/A

Maintenance/Common Charges: $1,828

Let’s start with the positives of this Greenwich Village co-op: It’s a lovely space, with an actual wood-burning fireplace, beamed ceilings, and built-in bookshelves in the spacious living room. The one bedroom also has plenty of closet space, and the kitchen—while small—is chic and workable.

On the downside, the bathroom can only be accessed through the bedroom, and monthlies are high, with maintenance coming in at more than $1,800. But it is located in prime Greenwich Village, on a lovely block that’s a short distance from Washington Square Park, Union Square, and various subway and bus lines.

Knowing all this, how much do you think the apartment is going for? Put your best guess in the comments.
