Another two-bedroom condo, but in Downtown Brooklyn, is on the market, asking $999,000. The compact 800-square-foot unit has huge windows, two bathrooms, three closets, in-unit washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. Some additional perks: It has a private balcony and the building has a gym. Taxes are $25/month and maintenance charges $776/month.
Greenpoint
Finally, in Greenpoint, a duplex two-bedroom condo is asking $999,000. The penthouse has three private outdoor spaces: A Juliet balcony, a terrace, and a roof deck. Additional features include oak floors, in-unit washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and 10 closets. Taxes are $24/month and maintenance charges $410/month.
