Welcome back to The Six-Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

Just yesterday we wrote about a palatial mansion on East 81st Street, asking the hefty sum of $20 million. Meanwhile, also on the Upper East Side (just an 11-minute walk away) a cozy studio has hit the market for $330,000, which proves that it is possible to own a home in the exclusive neighborhood without being a millionaire.

The co-op unit has sizable windows, a deeded storage unit, base moldings, hardwood floors, two closets, and space in the living area for a large couch and a bed. Plus, the building has a common laundry room and a small gym.

It’s located at 212 East 77th Street, between Second and Third avenues, near Central Park and around the block from a Citarella. Maintenance charges are $917/month.

The apartment is listed with Jenna McKay and Ralph Modica of Compass.
