Extell’s UES townhouse now seeks nearly half of its initial ask
The townhouse of Extell’s Carlton House just underwent another hefty price chop. The property first hit the market in 2014 asking $65M. The property is being marketed as a white box, meaning it will be delivered "customizable" (read: unfinished.)
