Tribeca’s amenity-touting tower 111 Murray may have launched sales a year ago, but the project has barely gotten off the ground. The tower now stands three stories tall en route to its 58-story apex.
It's all but impossible to plan a new development in New York City these days without throwing in at least some schmancy amenities to entice buyers, and 111 Murray Street in Tribeca may very well have the most ridiculous yet.
