Overall the Nordstrom flagship will span four properties: seven floors at Central Park Tower, one floor measuring 8,000 square feet at 5 Columbus Circle, four floors of retail at 1776 Broadway, and 43,000 square feet at 3 Columbus Circle.
Developer of tall towers, Extell, has confirmed that sales will launch in New York City’s forthcoming tallest residential building by year’s end. The announcement also comes intel about a new co-developer for the building.
We got a close up of the Nordstrom portion of the building this past February when the first rendering for the store was unveiled. But these latest set of renderings appear to be the closest look yet at the tower.
The Central Park tower will be anchored by NYC's first Nordstrom store. That will be located on the first seven floors of the building. Floors eight to 12 will have a hotel, and everything above that will be condo residences.
