Apartments at Chelsea’s ultra-fancy Soori High Line have been slowly dribbling out onto the market for nearly two and a half years now, and with the building nearing completion, the development is finally ready to release one of its crown jewels.
Several of the apartments in this 11-story building are already in contract, and of those listed on the market, prices range from $3.5 million for a two-bedroom and go up to $15.1 million for a three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit.
Its private pools are coming along and sales are on at Soori High Line, where 23 apartments will come with their own personal aquatic amenity. Here's what else is going on at the Chelsea site.
Architect Soo Chan is the mastermind behind these swanky condos, which come with one very luxe amenity: private pools in many of the 31 apartments. After some time off the market, four of the condos are for sale again.
