There are a few apartments here asking under a million dollars but most are much pricier.
The eight story building’s 71 apartments come in studios through three-bedrooms and prices range from the above-mentioned $430,000 to $1.2 million.
The project got underway in 2015 after the developer purchased a three-story garage at 302 East 96th Street for $24 million, and subsequently filed plans to build the condo.

The Karl Fischer-designed building offers 13 studios, 54 one-bedrooms, 55-two-bedrooms, and 9 three-bedroom apartments.
