It was a bit of a quiet week in the world of celebrity real estate, perhaps because the boldface names were too busy checking out the runways of Fashion Week to check out the doorways of fashionable addresses. Yeah, something like that. Anyway, it was a week big on athletes, with Alex Rodriguez continuing to search for a big home to call his own (still renting in 15 CPW?) and the Knicks' Al Harrington checking out a ballin' Upper West Side condo even though he'll most likely be off the team this summer. By the way, if the Knicks do sign Lebron James, where will he live? Westchester mansion? Tribeca penthouse? These are the questions that keep us up at night. Back to the task at hand, celebrity chef Eric Ripert is headed for new digs on the UES, and actor Griffin Dunne is dunne with his Central Village co-op.
