The data nerds (and we mean that in the nicest possible way) at PropertyShark have finished their quarterly list of the most expensive neighborhoods (based on median closing price for each 'hood). The results don't deviate much from what we'd expect, but there were a few surprises: Dumbo continued to rise in the ranks (up from #4 last quarter to #3), and Tribeca overtook Soho for the top spot.

What about the priciest of the priciest, the most expensive sale in each of the most expensive neighborhoods? Team PropertyShark calculated that, too. Now we've plotted each of those sales on a map.
