The Real World and Top Chef have been making a lot of headlines for housing their contestants in Brooklyn, but there is so much more action going on around the city involving harried contestants scurrying about for a shot at a grand prize and 15 minutes of fame. In fact, it was just revealed that a new Apprentice knockoff hosted by 50 Cent will put up its stars in a Greenpoint loft building. Greenpoint. Even though production costs may be chasing a lot of these shows to Brooklyn, Manhattan is still representing with some TV dorms of its own.
