This weekend on the Open House Tour, we're heading down to Chelsea. There are a couple of pretty nice places this Sunday, including a penthouse on 17th Street going for $2.5 million, a two-bedroom on 18th for $3.25 million, and a 1,600-square-foot loft asking $2.2 million (above). There are also a couple of less expensive one-bedrooms for around a million. Doesn't look like any of the views top the ones at Alchemy's 35XV though.
