This weekend, we're in Chelsea for the Open House Tour, and while we can't promise any $50 million penthouses, these places still aren't particularly cheap. There's a two-bedroom on West 28th asking $1.785 million, a two-bedroom on West 23rd asking $1.25 million, and a two-bedroom (with sunken living room!) on West 20th that's asking $1.4 million (above)
